Our sweet office pup, Meisje, makes her rounds multiple times a day to check on everyone in the office and ensure that all is well, work is being completed, and you’ve noticed how cute she is.  She also spies on our neighbors regularly, shares her toys and love with everyone, and delights in a good ice cube to chomp on now and then.  She is a joy to have in the office!  And so we begin this new and regular post,  sharing her joy and cuteness with you.  Hopefully it will make your day, too!

Humber Design was a proud design team member for TMT Development‘s The Marilyn apartments, which opened this week.  The brand new, 57,000-SF apartment building features a blend of luxury and affordable housing in the heart of Southeast Portland.  20% of the units are reserved for residents making 80% of the median family income.  LRS was the architect and Bremik Construction was the general contractor.
