As many of us know, working remotely comes with its own set of challenges.  Our Marketing Director shared this photo of her largest home office challenge – a handsome 14-pound fellow named Mr. Grey who likes keyboards, mouse arrows, and printers when they spit out paper.  Thankfully, the strategic placement of a fluffy blanket on the desk seemed to entice Mr. Grey to perch in a cozier location to carry out his supervisory work.

The beautiful new Hyatt Centric in Portland – the first in the Pacific Northwest – plans to start taking new reservations on June first! HDG provided complete civil engineering services for the new 220-room boutique hotel, which opened shortly before the COVID pandemic quarantine.
