The 204-unit, 12-story luxury high-end residential community in the Pearl District boasts amazing walk and transit scores and features a top-floor fitness center, rooftop deck with grilling area and fire pit, sauna, golf simulator, sensory deprivation float spa chamber, demonstration kitchen, and electric vehicle charging stations.  HDG provided complete civil engineering design services for the development, which was built to LEED Silver standards.

Our Manager of Happiness, Meisje, took a well-deserved trip to the doggie spa and wasn’t afraid to show everyone how well she cleans up while posing for a photo or two.  So, of course, we have to ask – Who’s a pretty girl?

Focused on advanced manufacturing, the PCC Oregon Manufacturing Innovation Center (“OMIC”) in Columbia County has been moving forward quickly these past few weeks!  HDG is providing complete civil engineering design services for the new facility, which is scheduled to open in Spring 2021.
