The new District Office offers six floors of flexible office above ground-floor retail and underground parking. Constructed of Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT), the building has a lighter carbon footprint and better energy efficiency. The beautiful building features large clear spans, exposed beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Humber Design Group provided full civil engineering design services for the project, working in partnership with the design team.

The four-story, 88-unit Kōz on N Killingsworth is now renting!  Located just two blocks from Portland Community College’s Cascadia campus, the development offers studio and two-bedroom units as well as three live-work units and ground-floor retail space.  HDG provided complete civil engineering design services for the beautiful brick building and surrounding site development.
