The six-story Viewfinder Apartments is nearing completion in Tigard!  The new affordable housing development, led by Community Development Partners, features 80 units and a 3,000-SF courtyard, among other resident amenities.  HDG provided complete civil engineering services for the development, which is scheduled for completion by year’s end.
