The 36-unit Valfre at Avenida 26 is open for residents!  A Regional Affordable Housing Bond Project completed for the Housing Authority of Washington County, the new community includes 1-and 2-bedroom single-story apartments and 3-bedroom two-story apartments.  HDG’s civil engineering scope included site development for five residential buildings, one community building, walkways, landscaping, children’s play area, garden beds, off-street parking, and stormwater mitigation.
