The full-block mixed-use project at 48th and Woodstock in Portland is about to go vertical.  When completed, the 4-story, mixed-use building will feature 169 units of market-rate apartments, first-floor commercial space, and an internal courtyard.  Below-grade parking will also be provided.  HDG is providing complete site development and public frontage improvements for the development.

The new Residence Inn by Marriott, Portland Clackamas is open!  Built next to Clackamas Town Center Mall, it offers incredible shopping and convenient access to a host of on- and off-site amenities.  HDG provided complete civil engineering design services for this ground-up development, including all on-site development, design for an additional connection to the Tri-Met station and parking garage added to the site, and access to the adjacent pedestrian/bike pathway.

HDG team members volunteered over the weekend with DePave and the Johnson Creek Watershed Council to help depave at part of Stonebridge Apartments in SE Portland.  The apartment complex sits very close to Johnson Creek.  Depaving a portion of the site created space for three vegetated swales to retain and filter stormwater, greatly helping with stormwater management.
